MODO DE PREPARO
MOLHO VERMELHO (RAGU):
Coloque a cebola em uma panela com um pouco de óleo e mexa por uns 3 minutos
Acrescente a cenoura e a salsinha, misture
Junte a carne e os temperos, mexa até que solte um pouco de água
Regue o vinho, espere evaporar um pouco e coloque a polpa de tomate
Misture tudo, regule o sal e a pimenta e cozinhe em fogo baixo por 1 hora mais ou menos
MOLHO BRANCO (BESCIAMELLA):
Derreta a manteiga em uma panela funda, acrescente a farinha e misture até que tenha uma cor marrom clara
Acrescente o leite e mexa rápido para não formar bolinhas
Continue a mexer e cozinhe até engrossar
Se ficar muito grossa acrescente um pouco mais de leite e mexa um pouco mais
Regule o sal e acrescente a noz-moscada
MONTAGEM:
Em uma forma, faça as seguintes camadas: molho vermelho, molho branco, macarrão, molho vermelho, molho branco, a mussarela e continue com os 3 ingredientes (molho vermelho, molho branco e macarrão) até acabar
Porém, terminando com o molho branco, um pouquinho (pouco mesmo) de leite nas bordas (serve pra dar umidade e cozinhar melhor a lasanha) e faça por último uma ligeira camada de farinha de rosca e queijo parmesão ralado

Modo de fazer
Bata os ovos no liquidificador. Acrescente o leite, a farinha, o orégano e o fermento. Utilize orégano seco, pois ele tem o sabor mais acentuado, mas, se quiser, pode rasgar em pedaços pequenos algumas folhas de orégano fresco para por sobre o prato.
Misture a abobrinha, o caldo de legumes, os tomates e a meia cebola picada.
Coloque a mistura em um refratário untado com margarina e polvilhado com a metade da farinha de rosca.
Polvilhe o restante da farinha de rosca e salpique o parmesão.
Leve ao forno médio (180 graus), por cerca de 30 minutos. Tempo mínimo, mas que pode variar de acordo com seu forno e com a temperatura do dia. Portanto, a melhor recomendação é: fique por perto e retire o prato quando começar a dourar. Sirva com arroz branco ou como acompanhamento de alguma carne. Eu prefiro como prato único.

Rabanadas de pão de forma
Ingredientes:
12 fatias de pão de forma amanhecido
01 lata de leite Moça
01 xícara de chá de água
01 colher de chá de essência de baunilha
03 ovos bem batidos
Óleo para fritar
Açúcar e canela em pó para polvilhar
Modo de Preparo:
Misture o leite moça com água e baunilha.
Passe as fatias de pão nessa mistura e nos ovos batidos.
Frite em óleo não muito quente.
Retire e coloque sobre papel toalha para retirar o excesso de óleo.
Salpique açúcar e canela e sirva.

. 3 3/4 de xícaras (chá) de fubá
. 3 xícaras (chá) de leite
. 2 xícaras (chá) de leite de coco
. 3/4 de xícara (chá) de manteiga
. 1 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
. 1 pitada de sal
Modo de preparo
1. Aqueça o forno em temperatura alta.
2. Numa panela, junte o fubá, o leite, 1 xícara do leite de coco, a manteiga, o açúcar e o sal e leve ao fogo médio, mexendo sem parar, até a mistura ferver e ganhar a consistência de um pirão.
3. Transfira para uma assadeira de 24 x 36 cm untada com manteiga.
4. Por cima, espalhe bem o restante do leite de coco.
5. Leve ao forno quente por 1 hora e 10 minutos ou até a massa dourar.
6. Retire do forno e espere amornar.
7.
